Enjoy a relaxing & comfy stay in this light-filled 3 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo, directly on the beach & mere steps to famous & lively 5th Avenue. You'll enjoy jaw-dropping ocean & beach views from all the common areas of the condo, including the master bedroom.
 
Not only with you enjoy a spacious balcony with those sparkling ocean views but also a private furnished rooftop equipped with a BBQ, loungers, hammock, lounging set with 2 chairs, as well as a dining area. This is an ideal spot for families & friends to stretch out & enjoy all this extra space! Enjoy the stunning view of Cozumel Island at night.

MASTER: King bed, 32" Smart TV, walk-in closet with a safe. Large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in glass shower, & double-sinks. The bedroom sliding doors opens to the balcony & those ocean views.
2ND GUEST ROOM: Spacious guest room is outfitted with 2 queen beds, with a 32" Smart TV & a safe with a closet.
3RD GUEST ROOM: Smaller cozy guest room has a queen bed also with a 32" Smart TV. Both bedrooms share a full bath with a glass shower.

BEACH SERVICE | INFINITY POOL | BEACH MASSAGE
-Abdias our much-loved beach attendant sets up our loungers, table & umbrella daily.  (No lounge chair wars here!)
-You can purchase food & drinks off the beach club menus delivered right to your lounger. (Menu offers breakfast, lunch & dinner, cocktails, beer buckets, wine, smoothies & more. Discounts are given to our guests.
*Float in the infinity pool which overlooks the beach/ocean
-Beach massage is mere feet away. (Approx. $35USD for 1 hour massage.)
-NOTE: Our complex is one of the few on the beach that doesn't have boats tied up in front.

Adorned with eye-catching sculptures, artwork, flowing fountain & tropical landscaping & swaying palm trees.
 
We're exceptionally well-located; mere steps to fun 5th Avenue, beach bars, water sports, restaurants, beach massage, shopping etc. It's only a 10 min. walk to the ferry to Cozumel Island. No need to rent a car as Playa is a walking town & everything is right outside your door.  Paddle-board rentals, jet skis, parasailing, kayaks are for rent right on the beach. Enjoy nature/water parks, (Xel Ha, Xcaret, Xplor) Mayan ruins, ziplining, & more.

RENTAL PAYMENT PROCESS
*Upon booking via VRBO, you will pay us at Playa Beach Getaways directly for the rental amount & not VRBO. VRBO will ONLY charge your credit card for their booking fee. (This is outlined on your booking page on right side of the page: Due to VRBO, Due to Manager.) Payment is due to us upon booking at which time we will send you a secure online payment link. THINGS WE CANNOT CONTROL
-Sargassum: During the warmer spring & summer months, the Mexican Caribbean may receive sargassum, (a form of seaweed). We cannot predict if & when it will arrive & if it will disrupt the beaches/swimming. The city has placed barriers in the sea & cleans the beach when required. We welcome guests to research the topic.
- Noise/Music: We cannot control music or noise coming from outside our complex such as neighboring properties or from beach restaurants we are next to. 'Playa' is an international tourist spot and our location is fun & lively. The condo enjoys hurricane doors & windows which help reduce outside sound. Most guests thoroughly enjoy their stay! Our complex has quiet hours from 11PM to 9AM for the enjoyment of all of our guests.
- Halted Construction: Construction across the street that begun in 2022 has stopped due to permit issues. Should it resume, we will let our guests know. Most guests are not affected by this.
- Power Outages: We are not responsible for city wide power or water outages on the very rare occasion that service may be out.
- Lost Or Stolen Items: Please do not leave your valuables at the pool or beach unattended. We are not responsible for lost or stolen property.
-This condo only accommodates up to 8 people. No other people are allowed in the condo.
