You'll enjoy jaw-dropping ocean & beach views from all the common areas of the condo, including the master bedroom. Not only with you enjoy a spacious balcony with those sparkling ocean views but also a private furnished rooftop equipped with a BBQ, loungers, hammock, lounging set with 2 chairs, ottomans & a loveseat & table as well as a dining area as well. This is an ideal spot for families & friends to stretch out & enjoy all this extra space! Enjoy the 360' view of the beach & Cozumel.

MASTER: King bed, 32" Smart TV, walk-in closet with a safe. Large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in glass shower, & double-sinks. The bedroom sliding doors opens to the balcony & those ocean views.
2ND GUEST ROOM: Spacious guest room is outfitted with 2 queen beds, with a 32" Smart TV & a safe with a closet.
3RD GUEST ROOM: Smaller cozy guest room has a queen bed also with a 32" Smart TV. Both bedrooms share a full bath with a glass shower.

BEACH SERVICE | INFINITY POOL | BEACH MASSAGE
-Abdias our much-loved beach attendant sets up our loungers, table & umbrella daily.  (No lounge chair wars here!)
-You can purchase food & drinks off the beach club menus delivered right to your lounger. (Menu offers breakfast, lunch & dinner, cocktails, beer buckets, wine, smoothies & more. Discounts are given to our guests.
*Float in the infinity pool which overlooks the beach/ocean
-Beach massage is mere feet away. (Approx. $35USD for 1 hour massage.)
-NOTE: Our complex is one of the few on the beach that doesn't have boats tied up in front.

We're exceptionally well-located; mere steps to fun 5th Avenue, beach bars, water sports, restaurants, beach massage, shopping etc. It's only a 10 min. walk to the ferry to Cozumel Island. No need to rent a car as Playa is a walking town & everything is right outside your door.  Paddle-board rentals, jet skis, parasailing, kayaks are for rent right on the beach. Enjoy nature/water parks, (Xel Ha, Xcaret, Xplor) Mayan ruins, ziplining, & more.

RENTAL PAYMENT PROCESS
*Upon booking via VRBO, you will pay us at Playa Beach Getaways directly for the rental amount & not VRBO. VRBO will ONLY charge your credit card for their booking fee. (This is outlined on your booking page on right side of the page: Due to VRBO, Due to Manager.) Payment is due to us upon booking at which time we will send you a secure online payment link. THINGS WE CANNOT CONTROL
*We cannot control outside music, noise, from neighboring properties or from beach clubs etc. that the complex is close to. The condo enjoys hurricane glass which helps reduces outside sound. As our Super Host status & reviews show, this is a popular & well-loved condo!
*During the warmer spring & summer months, the Mexican Caribbean may receive sargassum, (a form of algae). We don't know when & if it will arrive & if it will affect the beaches. Barriers are in place to reduce its impact & they clean the beaches on a regular basis.
*The construction that began across the street in 2022 is on hold. They have almost finished the outside & if it resumes we'll do our best to keep our guests updated. Most guests have not been affected by this.
*On the very rare occasion if the condo has an emergency repair, we will do our best to move you to another condo.
*We are not responsible for city wide power or water outages on the rare occasion that it may go out.
*Please purchase travel (trip interruption) & medical insurance to protect your vacation. Things happen, illness, job loss, flight cancellations etc. so protect yourself & your vacation.
