PRIVATE AIRPORT TRANSFER FROM CANCUN AIRPORT TO YOUR CONDO
Most of our guests use private roundtrip airport transportation via air-conditioned van right to your condo. It’s a very economical yet VIP way to travel. Our drivers have worked with us for many years and you will find them to be friendly, courteous , safe and professional drivers.

Our driver will track your flight & will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it. Drivers ONLY meet you outside the airport. Avoid all the agents inside the airport who want to book your transportation or sell you timeshares.
AIRPORT TRANSFER RATES: (Gratuity not included but appreciated. We do not benefit financially from the transfer. All monies are paid in cash to our driver upon drop off.)

Grocery Stop Stop: It is $20USD for a grocery stop. Please arrange in advance so driver can plan for the extra time.
DEPARTURE TO AIRPORT
Please allow for 3 hours to leave the complex for your departure at the airport. This allows for 1 hour to comfortably drive to the aiport, (in case of traffic or construction) and the 2 hours required for international check in. During high season & holidays you may want to add on an additional 30 minutes.
(Beer & bubbly are available for purchase during your transfer to the condo. Please ask for more information.)
AIRPORT TERMINAL PICK UPS
If your parties arrive at different terminals, pick up will be an additional $15USD per terminal. (Our driver will have to drive to the terminal, park & wait with a sign to greet the arriving people.)
One of our driver’s is also an excellent tour guide. He can take you to visit ancient Mayan ruins, swimming with sea turtles in their natural habitat, so swimming in a cenote or lagoon. Ask for details.
PARKING & DIRECTIONS AT LUNA ENCANTADA
We do offer free parking but it’s based on availability. Please do not rent a car without securing a spot with us. In the case we do not have a availability, you can rent a car for the day at Dream Rentals.
DIRECTIONS TO LUNA ENCANTADA
In order to get to our complex upon arrival in Playa del Carmen, you will turn onto Avenida 10. (10th Avenue).You will then make a right hand turn onto our street which is Calle 6 (look for the OXXO Convenience store. ) There may be a barricade across. If so, simply move it aside & pass through. As you approach 5th Avenue which is a busy pedestrian-only walkway please pass with caution continuing towards the ocean & next block you will see Luna Encantada our complex on the right hand side. Pull over & park & check in with the guard. He will advise you on where to park. When you leave the garage door may be closed. There is a button on the pillar post to press to open it. You can confirm all instructions with the guard.
PARKING AT EL FARO RESIDENCE
Parking is free at El Faro. The front desk will require your license#, & make of car upon arrival and check in. They will instruct you on where to park.
