IMPORTANT POLICIES & RULES
*No other guests are allowed on the property unless otherwise approved.
*Please DO NOT leave the doors open with the A/C on. Air conditioning is very expensive in Mexico. If you want the doors open, please turn off the a/c as a courtesy. The managers will check this on a regular basis; if the windows are found open with the a/c on your stay may be terminated and/or extra fees will apply.
IMPORTANT CONDO & GUEST RULES
*Maximum guests for C3 is 6 people traveling with you.
*No other guests are allowed on the property unless otherwise approved.
*This is a non-smoking condo. If you smoke outside on the balcony or rooftop, please ensure the condo doors are closed. If we detect smoke in the condo a cleaning fee will be charged.
*Please note: As of recent Mexico has banned smoking in public places including outdoors (beaches, restaurants etc. Fines may be issued.
*No pets are allowed on the property.
*Please do not walk through the condo with wet or sandy feet or sit on furniture with a wet bathing suit. (There is an outdoor shower by the pool to rinse off.)
*Please rinse your feet upon entering the gate at the shower.
*Please rinse off before entering the pool. (This is a MUST.)
*Please do not have any glass or bottles at the pool, or in the pool/Whirlpool. (Use only plastic cups or beer or drink cans. Broken glass requires pool to be drained which closes the pool for days.
*Please do not eat in the pool. (Due to hygienic reasons.)
*Please have a swimmable diaper on your young children.
*For the enjoyment of all guests, please do NOT play your music at the pool or on the beach. This is a common complaint from guests about other guests. (Not everyone shares the same taste in music.)
*Keep all noise& music in your condo and on your balcony/terrace to a minimum.
*Please collect all your waste including cans etc. from the beach or pool.
*Please ensure you take your beach towel back to the condo.
*Please ensure that all valuables are locked in the safe, including your passport. (If valuables are left out, housekeeping will not proceed with cleaning for your and their protection.) We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.
POOL HOURS: 9AM TO 10PM so all guests can enjoy peace and quiet.
Disclaimer: Should the above rules be broken, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. Please note that we cannot control inclement weather, beach conditions or noise from neighboring properties. We will do our very best to rectify any issues you may encounter. We have proactive managers who will respond to any of your concerns. Our main priority is to ensure you have a wonderful vacation. We earn rave reviews for this property and condo and have many return happy guests.
