POOL & OUTSIDE INFORMATION
- Pool towels are in a basket by the sliding doors
- Pool fountains automatically run from 9AM to 6PM
- Pool temperature is set at 87 degrees
- Pool is serviced & cleaned on Thursdays between 10am-12pm by Gulfstream Pool Co. (Please ensure pool & deck are free of pool toys or personal items.)
- Pool lights automatically turn on when it gets dark & shuts off at 12AM
- There are pool floaties for your enjoyment. (We can’t guarantee shape of them as last guest may have damaged them.)
- The are pool loungers & chairs
- There is outside dining for 8 people
- The outside lanai family room offers comfy seating & a 70″ smart screen TV & Xfinity
- The pool is screened-in for your comfort
SPA JACUZZI
- Jacuzzi temp is set at 102 degrees
- It automatically turns on at 8PM & turns off at 12AM
- The Jacuzzi jets automatically turns on at 9PM automatically and turns off at 12AM.
OUTSIDE BAR AREA INCLUDES:
- Bar & bar stools
- Bar refrigierator
- Sink, counter space & drawers
- Gas grill
GAS GRILL
- Ensure propane is off before turning tank on
- TURN OFF propane after use please

- 2 bikes are provided with a tire pump.
A ping pong table with accessories is in the garage. - Coolers for the beach or activities are located in the garage.
- Please return all these items back to their rightful place before departing.
THINGS TO KNOW & POLICIES
*Garbage Pick Up Day: Garbage is picked up every Tuesday by 10AM. Please put garbage cans out Monday night or first thing Tuesday Morning at end of the driveway for pick up and return cans to garage after pickup.
*Lawn Service: The lawn is maintained on Thursdays in the AM, weather permitting
*No more than 8 people are alllowed on the property.
*This is a non-smoking house.
*Please no glass by the pool. (Use only plastic outside to avoid broken glass & pool being shut down.)
*Please no eating in the hot tub or pool.
*No pets of any kind are allowed on the property.
*No parties or events are allowed.
BY-LAW NOISE POLICY
City Ordinance for quiet time is 11PM – 7AM. Please ensure you follow these rules so you are not fined.
CHECK OUT PROCEDURES
*Please place all dishes in the dishwasher & run it.
*Please put all towels in the washer & start it.
*Please ensure all pool toys & equipment is put back in its place.
*Please turn the a/c to 78 degrees.
*Please log out of smart TVs.
*Ensure gas grill is turned off.
*Please ensure you clean out the fridge & freezer inside & outside.
*Ensure your personal laundry is not left in the washer or dryer.
*Please do a sweep of the house to ensure you have not left belongings behind or under the bed or in the shower.
*Please ensure all garbage is collected & placed in garbage cans outside the side of the house behind the hedge.
