When booking through VRBO, your rental payment is made directly to Playa Beach Getaways-not VRBO. This is because we are an integrated partner with VRBO as we have multiple listings with them & they require us to collect our rental.
VRBO will only charge your credit card for its booking fee.Your VRBO booking page clearly shows the amounts listed as "Due to VRBO" and "Due to Manager."Before booking, we recommend contacting VRBO at 1-877-202-4291 to confirm this payment arrangement. Our VRBO ID is 04DATS Tonya Sarina.Your rental payment is due upon booking. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a secure online payment link for the rental amount.
 
THINGS NOT WITHIN OUR CONTROL
-Sargassum: May occur during warmer months (or earlier), & may affect the Mexican Caribbean. We cannot predict its arrival, quantity, or impact on beach conditions or swimming. Beaches are cleaned when possible. Conditions can change daily, so guests are encouraged to research this topic before booking.
-Noise: This is a popular tourist destination & there may be noise or music from neighboring properties.  
- Construction that began in 2022 has come to a full stop. Should it resume, we will do our best to keep guests informed.
-Power Outage: We're not responsible for rare, city-wide power or water outages.
-We are not responsbile for lost or stolen items; do not leave your valuables at the beach or pool. Lock all items in the condo safes.
