-Our fab beach attendant Abdias sets up the loungers, umbrellas & tables each morning.(Gratuity is appreciated!)
-You can purchase food & drink & it'll be delivered right to your lounger. (Breakfast, lunch & dinner, cocktails, beer buckets, etc.) Discounts for food & drink are given to our guests.
-Float over the infinity pool which overlooks the beach. Or lounge by the pool with a book.
-Beach massage is mere feet away - 1 hour massage is approx. $35USD.
-Paddle board & kayak rentals next door. Jet ski rental & parasailing is on the beach.
-We're also one of the few complexes that do not have boats tied up in front obstructing swimming & views.

Adorned with sculptures, artwork, & a trickling fountain along with tropical landscaping. Due to its location you are mere steps to the pool or the beach & mere steps to beach clubs, water sports, restaurants, beach massage, shopping etc. Spend a day visiting eco-nature parks (Xel-Ha, Xcaret), ancient Mayan Ruins, scuba diving, snorkeling etc.  The ferry to Cozumel is only a 10 minute walk.

*Upon booking via VRBO, you will pay us at Playa Beach Getaways directly for the rental amount & not VRBO. VRBO will ONLY charge your credit card for their booking fee. (This is outlined on your booking page on right side of the page: Due to VRBO, Due to Manager.) Payment is due to us upon booking at which time we will send you a secure online payment link.

THINGS WE CANNOT CONTROL
*We cannot control music or noise coming from outside our complex such as neighboring properties or from beach restaurants close by. There is construction started in 2022 across the street entering it's final outdoorc stages. The condo enjoys hurricane doors & windows which help reduce outside sound. Most of our guests enjoy a wonderful stay & are not impacted by it!
*During the warmer spring & summer months, the Mexican Caribbean may receive sargassum, (a form of algae). The city has placed barriers in the ocean to help reduce its impact on the area & they clean the beaches on a regular basis. We cannot predict or control how much may arrive. Our complex hires extra help when needed.   (Overall 2023 sargassum season was low )
*We are not responsible for city wide power or water outages on the rare occassion that service may be out.
*Please purchase travel (trip interruption) & medical insurance to protect your vacation. Things happen; illness, job loss, flight cancellations etc. so please protect yourself and your vacation.
