The space enjoys elegant rattan couch, chair + coffee table. (As of Sept. 2022 the condo has been upgraded with new cushions, drapes & an entertainment system. Pics to come soon!) Enjoy the views even from the couch! Slide open your doors to the soft breeze of the sea.
 
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Both bedrooms are spacious with king beds & adjoining deluxe bathrooms (No one will be fighting over getting the 'master bedroom'!)

INFINITY POOL | BEACH
A guest highlight is the spectacular infinity pool that seems to float over the beach & is considered one of the largest pools on the beach! Renovated in 2018, it enjoys a beach-style sloped walk-in, palm tree islands, waterfall curtains, & underwater lighting. We provide plenty of cushioned loungers, day beds, & outdoor showers. On-site massage services are available at an additional charge. Enjoy beach loungers & umbrellas set up on the beach for use of our guests only.

Please note all rental payments are made directly to us (Playa Beach Getaways) NOT VRBO. They will only charge your credit card for their guest service fee. Upon booking, we will send you a secure online payment link. A deposit or full payment is due upon booking. (This is outlined on your booking page on right side of the page: Due to VRBO, Due to Manager.)

THINGS TO NOTE & THINGS OUT OF OUR CONTROL
*Due to warming ocean conditions, sargassum (a form of algae) can occur in the Mexican Caribbean during the warmer spring & summer months. (The summer of 2023 was one of the best summers with very little sargassum.) The governement has installed major sea barriers & the city cleans the beaches regularly when needed.
*Please Note: Due to the HOA Committee, all guests staying in our condos must send a picture with name (ID) to the front desk prior to arrival. If it's a licence or a health card, you can block out the numbers to protect your identity. Ask for details.
*Please protect your vacation with travel & medical insurance.  We cannot offer refunds or credits if you're outside your cancellation window. The onus is on our guests to protect yourself if you are outside your cancellation policy.
