-Our beach attendant Abdias will set up your loungers, umbrellas & tables daily
-Purchase food/drinks from the beach club nearby & it will be delivered right to your lounger. Discounts are given to our guests. Gratuity not included)
-Float in the infinity pool which overlooks the beach. (Great people-watching!) Or lounge by the pool with a book.
-Beach massage is mere feet away at very reasonable rates. Guests receive discounts. Approx. $35US for a 1 hour massage.
-Paddleboard, kaya rentals next door. Jet skis & parasailing is available on the beach.

RENTAL PAYMENT PROCESS
*Upon booking via VRBO, you will pay us at Playa Beach Getaways directly for the rental amount & not VRBO. VRBO will ONLY charge your credit card for their booking fee. (This is outlined on your booking page on right side of the page: Due to VRBO, Due to Manager.) Payment is due to us upon booking at which time we will send you a secure online payment link.

THINGS WE CANNOT CONTROL
*We cannot control music or noise coming from outside our complex such as neighboring properties or from beach restaurants etc. We're next door to a beach restaurant that plays music daily into the late evening. Most of our guests enjoy their stay as per our Premier Host badge! The condo enjoys hurricane doors & windows which helps reduce outside sound. (No matter where you stay in Playa del Carmen you'll experience music!)
*During the warmer spring & summer months typically, the Mexican Caribbean may receive sargassum, (a form of algae). We cannot predict when it will come or if it will disrupt swimming or the beaches. The city has placed barriers in the ocean to help reduce its impact on the area & they clean the beaches on a regular basis. Our complex hires extra help when needed. (Overall 2023 sargassum season was low & spring 2024 has been low so far!)
*We are not responsible for city wide power or water outages on the rare occassion that service may be out.
*Please purchase travel (trip interruption) & medical insurance to protect your vacation.
