The floor to ceiling living area windows floods the condo with light and offers stunning ocean views. Slide open your doors to the large balcony, where you can enjoy morning coffee while you watch the sun rise over the ocean. To the left is stairs leading up to the fully-furnished rooftop. An idea space for lounging, dining, playing cards, or watching the boats go by.

KITCHEN / DINING / LIVING SPACE
E3's bright and open fully-equipped kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all dinnerware, glassware, pots, pans, & utensils you need to make a snack or a gourmet meal. It enjoys marble counter-top, & breakfast bar with stools. The dining area enjoys seating for 6.
 
The living area is elegantly furnished with a couch and chair, and offers amazing ocean views! The entertainment center offers a flat screen 50" TV, with American channels/satellite, and DVD/CD player.
 
Right off the living area is sliding doors to your private covered balcony with dining table & chairs, and amazing views of the pool, complex, and the ocean! And off to the left is stairs leading to your private rooftop terrace, furnished with a hammock, tables & chairs, loungers, furnished sitting area & a BBQ grill. The panoramic views are so spectacular offering you views of Cozumel, the beach, Playa, and all the boats going by. The roof is adorned with tropical plants offering you the perfect spot to stretch out. You will be enthralled with this space.
 
BEDROOMS
Master: Spacious master with king bed with ocean views + walk-in closet. Adjoining en-suite bath with his/her sinks + glass shower.  32" flat screen TV. Individually controlled a/c + ceiling fan.
 
Second Guest Room: Spacious with two queen beds, walk-in closet & adjoining guest bathroom with glass shower. Individually controlled a/c + ceiling fan, 27" flat screen TV.
 
Third Guest Room: Quaint with a queen bed can accommodate 2 guests. (The 2nd & 3rd guest rooms share a full bath.)
 
The condo offers beautiful granite tiled bathrooms, quality linens, bath and beach towels.
 
POOL/BEACH
The refreshing infinity pool overlooks the ocean and enjoys a jetted whirlpool section. A guest highlight is the private beach loungers & umbrellas that are set up on the beach daily (for guests of Luna only.) We offer dedicated beach service including delivery of food and beverages from local beach clubs right to your lounger. (Cost of food/drinks & tip extra.) Or feel free to bring your own stocked cooler. No lounge chair wars here! There is an outdoor shower near the pool to rinse off sand.
 
COMPLEX/LOCATION
The charming boutique complex has just 24 units making it for an intimate quieter setting. It features a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the beach with a jetted whirlpool, eye-catching sculptures, artwork, fountain along with stunning tropical landscaping.
 
We are exceptionally well-located. Walk out the door and you are steps to beach bars, water sports, restaurants, beach massage, shopping and more. No need to rent a car as Playa is walking town. Spend a day visiting eco-water parks (Xcaret, Xel-Ha, Xplor), ancient Mayan Ruins, zip-lining over the jungle, scuba diving, snorkeling or visiting colonial towns! So much to enjoy in the jewel of the Riviera Maya. (We can assist you with day tours.)
 
We are happy to arrange your private round trip airport transportation for up to a group of 8 guests + luggage right to your condo door for a very reasonable rate! Playa is approximately 45 mins from Cancun.

*It is self-check in at Luna. You will be given your lockbox code + main gate codes.
*Guests are allowed coolers with beverages & food on the beach. No glass at pool or at beach please.
*Taxis are readily available around Playa.
*There are many spots for beach massage at very nominal rates.
*Bring pesos with you to get started.
*Do not use street ATMs to take out money. Use ATMs that are within a bank for security purposes.
*Bring your driver's license in case you are asked for ID at Walmart or shopping venues.
*Please protect your vacation by buying cancellation or trip interruption insurance.
*Please note we cannot control weather or beach conditions, nor any noise coming from the beach or surrounding areas. Although we will act on any issues you may encounter to ensure a fantastic vacation!)
