Located in the heart of Playa del Carmen & situated directly on the beach, and only 1/2 a block to exciting 5th Avenue! This condo sits directly on the front of the complex with unobstructed views! You'll enjoy the lights of Cozumel Island at night!
 
As you enter this luxurious spacious 1600 sq. ft. condo, you'll find a very bright open-concept living area, with floor to ceiling windows offering sublime views from all the common areas.  The living space offers cozy couches, a 42" flat screen, DVD/CD player with a deluxe dining area with seating for 6.
 
Slide open your living room doors to the large wrap-around balcony offering panoramic views. It is fully-furnished with dining & lounging areas. Take the stairs to your private rooftop terrace outfitted with hammocks, BBQ, loungers, and dining table with chairs. This is an ideal space for a large family or a couples vacation as there's so much space to stretch out over 2 spacious floors.
 
The fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar & stools also features granite counter tops, travertine marble floors, stainless steel appliances, and full dish & cookware. Walmart is only a few blocks away on foot to buy groceries, alcohol etc. Or allow us to stock your condo with groceries for your arrival for a very reasonable service fee + grocery cost.  Sip a margarita by the pool while we handle this chore!  
 
BEDROOMS
Master: Spacious master with king bed with ocean views + walk-in closet. Adjoining en-suite bath with his/her sinks + glass shower.  Individually controlled a/c + ceiling fan.
 
Second Guest Room: Spacious with a king bed, walk-in closet & adjoining guest bathroom with glass shower. Individually controlled a/c + ceiling fan.
 
Third Guest Room: Quaint with queen bed can accommodate 2 guests. (The 2nd & 3rd guest rooms share a full bath.)
 
The condo offers beautiful granite tiled bathrooms, quality linens, bath and beach towels.
 
BEACH/POOL
The refreshing infinity pool overlooks the ocean & enjoys a jetted whirlpool section. A guest highlight is the private beach loungers & umbrellas which are set up on the beach daily.  Enjoy our dedicated beach service including delivery of food & beverages right to your lounger from nearby beach clubs. (Cost of food/drinks & tip extra.) Or you can bring your own stocked cooler to your lounger! No lounge chair wars here. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off sand. Beach massage is mere feet away at very reasonable rates.
 
COMPLEX/LOCATION
The charming boutique complex has just 24 units making it for an intimate quieter setting. It offers eye-catching sculptures, artwork, fountain along with stunning tropical landscaping. Right on the beach & 1/2 block to fun 5th Avenue.
 
Luna Encantada is exceptionally well-located. Walk out the door and you are steps to beach bars, water sports, restaurants, beach massage, shopping and more. No need to rent a car is Playa is walking town. Spend a day visiting eco-water parks, ancient Mayan Ruins, zip-lining over the jungle, scuba diving, snorkeling or visiting colonial towns! So much to enjoy in the jewel of the Riviera Maya. (We can assist you with day tours.)
 
We are happy to arrange your private round trip airport transportation for up to a group of 8 guests + luggage right to your condo door for a very reasonable rate! Playa is approximately 45 mins from Cancun.

*Bring pesos with you to get started.
*Do not use street ATMs to take out money. Use ATMs that are within a bank for security purposes.
*Bring your driver's license in case you are asked for ID at Walmart or shopping venues.
*We can arrange your round-trip airport transportation for up to 8 people for a very reasonable fee.
*Please protect your vacation by buying cancellation or trip interruption insurance.
