The floor-to-ceiling windows offer unobstructed views of the spectacular Caribbean!  The condo enjoys marble and travertine throughout which extends right out to the spacious balcony.
 
Our condo is light-filled, spacious & newly decorated & renovated in July 2019! No expense has been spared on the decor including replacement of furniture both inside and outside. The rooftop is equipped with a new outdoor couch & 2 chairs, along with new sun loungers, hammock, & a brand new dining table for 6. A covered pergola over the dining area offers a place to relax out of the sun. The rooftop is one of our guests favorite areas to read, relax, dine, & enjoy the outstanding panoramic ocean views. It is the ultimate in a tropical oasis.
 
The fully-equipped kitchen enjoys new cupboards & features stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops & a breakfast bar. It is outfitted with dinnerware, glassware, cookware, & stainless steel appliances. Walmart is a few blocks away to fully stock your kitchen with groceries & alcohol. Maid service is provided every other day. As an added convenience for our guests the condo has a new washer & dryer.  The dining area has been updated with a new hand-made table and seating for 6.
 
The open-concept living area has been outfitted with new couches. As you relax you will enjoy the ocean views from all common areas of the condo. The living area & master bedroom enjoys brand new 55" OLED 4K Smart TVs with advanced technology.
 
The master bedroom offers a king bed, walk-in closet, 55" OLED flat screen TV, & an en-site bathroom with a spacious walk-in glass shower tiled with travertine marble, double sinks & a separate washroom area. Slide open your bedroom glass doors to the sparkling turquoise ocean. There is nothing more heavenly than waking to the sound of the ocean waves.
 
The quiet spacious guest room is outfitted with two queen beds and enjoys a full en-suite bath appointed with a newly replaced walk-in glass shower. A new flat screen TV has been installed in the guest room offering Netflix viewing.
 
Our complex has a beautiful courtyard area, a refreshing infinity-edged pool & jetted whirlpool. Outdoor tables & lounge chairs are provided for relaxing around the pool.
 
Another one of our outstanding perks is the private use of loungers & umbrellas on the beach. We also provide friendly beach service attendants who will set up your lounger and umbrella. They can also offer you purchased food & beverages which will be delivered right to your lounger from local beach clubs ($). Or feel free to bring your own cooler with food & drink to the beach! You will find no lounge chair wars or restricted alcohol beverages on our beach!
