Welcome to B3, our gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 bath penthouse condo located at Luna Encantada, one of the most luxurious boutique condominium complexes in Playa! When we say we are located oceanfront, we mean oceanfront! Mere steps to the beach, pool, water sports and located right in the heart of Playa and half a block to the famous 5th avenue!
 
Our vacation condo is one of the best at Luna Encantada offering 1600 square-feet of oceanfront living including three-bedrooms, two-baths, and features a private spacious rooftop terrace furnished with BBQ, dining tables, loungers and spectacular ocean and beach views!
 
Open your living room sliding doors to your own private balcony where you can sip margaritas or dine al fresco while enjoying spectacular beach and ocean views!  Luna sits beachfront right on the incomparably blue Caribbean, but is also right in town & you can walk to everything!
 
Our condo offers all the bells and whistles for a superb tropical vacation! Prepare meals in the fully-equipped kitchen which is outfitted with quality utensils, cookware and dishes. Serve dinner in the lovely open-concept dining area or dine outside on the main balcony or rooftop terrace. Walmart & Mega are within blocks from Luna, where you can buy groceries, beer, liquor, and fresh local ingredients to stock your condo! This condo also offers a washer and dryer for your convenience.
 
Our elegant and comfortable penthouse includes an open-concept living space with a spacious dining and living area with spectacular views from most areas of the condo. The condo offers beautiful granite tiled bathrooms, quality linens, bath and beach towels. The master bedroom is appointed with a king-size bed with a pillow-top mattress and duvet and enjoys a private en-suite bath, flat screen TV, and walk-in closet.  The 2nd large guest bedroom enjoys two queen size beds which also enjoy pillow top mattresses and duvets. A queen bed in the third smaller bedroom can be used for two extra guests. The 2nd & 3rd guest rooms share a full bath. We happily welcome families with children.
 
The charming boutique complex has just 24 units and features a beautiful infinity pool, jetted whirlpool, eye-catching sculptures & artwork along with stunning landscaping.
 
One of the big draws for our guests is the private beach loungers and umbrellas that are set up on the beach daily for your enjoyment. (No lounge chair wars here!) We have a beach attendant who will get you set up, and can also arrange delivey of drinks & food from a nearby restaurant right to your lounger! (Price of food, drinks and tip is extra $)
Amazing beach massages are available right next door for a very reasonable rate. We provide free underground parking, 24 hour security, private pool and beach lounge chairs for the comfort of our guests.
 
We also offer housekeeping, complimentary Wifi, 24 hour security, key-pad gated gates, free underground parking, individually controlled a/c, ceiling fans & purified drinking water.
 
Luna Encantada is exceptionally well-located and within walking distance of dive boats, shopping, spa treatments, and world-class dining. You are mere blocks to Walmart & Mega for groceries, beer & liquor. Take a two-minute walk to beach-side bistros for breakfast or lunch. Dinner choices range from regional Mexican fare to five-star dining. Play golf, snorkel, scuba, windsurf, parasail, deep-sea fish, enjoy catamaran boat tours, bike, boat, walk and explore the beauty and history of the Mayan Riviera from your home away from home. Visit Cozumel by ferry (just a few blocks away), Isla Mujeres, Xel-Ha, or the ancient ruins of Tulum, Coba or Chichen Itza.
 
Playa del Carmen is easy to get to; fly into Cancun (or into Cozumel and come by ferry) and either take a 30-minute cab ride to Calle Sixth and the beach or a luxury bus to the Playa terminal just two blocks from your vacation home.
